ConvergeNet Holdings Limited operates on a decentralised business model to ensure that the focus and specialist solutions, services and competencies are maintained and enhanced. Our philosophy is to provide better service and better business value to our clients facilitated by this business model. Our ability to support and service our customers on a sustained basis is enhanced through our focus on maintaining a low-cost decentralised operational model.

The group is focused on providing innovative solutions to the problems associated with emerging markets including power and environmental constraints.

There are presently seven operating entities in the group shown below in the diagram. It is our intention to make further acquisitions to enhance our capacity and capability in certain specialist focus areas as well as grow our market share.
