ConvergeNet announces impressive resultsNovember, 2008ConvergeNet Holdings Ltd achieved impressive results for the Financial Year ended the 31st of August 2008. The actual revenue exceeded the forecast in the circular to shareholders by 54% and attributable profit exceeded the forecast by 68% respectively. Mr Lester Peteni the Group Chairman, said that the results demonstrate that the strategy is working. Management expects the demand for its services to continue in spite of the global economic malaise and are planning for additional growth. |

ConvergeNet 2007 Annual Results meet expectationsNovember, 2007Notwithstanding a relatively short trading period the ConvergeNet Holdings Limited Group of companies performed well and the results reported have met the Group's expectations. The short period is a result of the different periods related to the effective dates of control of the acquisitions the Group concluded. The revenue for the period was R 170.196 million and the operating profit was R 21.027 million. The earnings per share were 2.37 cents. |
